It's that time again! This week's maker is a master of all things skin, and I personally have fallen in love with many of these products. Moots Soap is an Oak Creek run company founded by Jill Gilbert that has everything...soap, lotions, oils, hair products, the list goes on. If there is something that you desire to pamper your skin, they probably make it, and make it with organic, nourishing ingredients.
The soaps shown above, as well as their awesome line of beer soap, is truly the calling card of Moots Soap. Using a cold process, the basic ingredients combined with goat's milk, lakefront brewery beer, and/or oils create a wonderful lather that moisturize and enrich the skin. Subtle scents and pure ingredients make this a truly fantastic soap.
Shown above is the line of deodorant and bath oils that is currently in stock here at Sparrow. The deodorant is aluminum and preservative free, and scented with essential oils. The mellow tones of the bath and body oil is perfect if you are going for a light, refreshing scent.
There is a lovely line of bath products featured here at Sparrow. In addition to the Clay mask, Coconut Milk bath and Body Butter shown above, we have various bath salts, bath bombs and teas, charcoal masks and lotions. All designed to enrich the skin, these make perfect gifts or treats for yourself.
Perfect for gift baskets or as small buys for yourself, the line of perfumes and balms we have from Moots Soap are a must have. The lip balms come in a variety of flavors and moisturize well. The roll on perfumes are coconut oil with essential oils added to create a light, lasting scent.
Branching away from skin care a bit, we also carry a line of candles from Moots Soap. In keeping with their standard, these candles are all natural, hand poured, and long lasting. Our current scents are Teakwood, Lemon Lavender, Hard Cider and Sexy Drunk Goat.
Jill is very community oriented, and can be found at many of the craft fairs that Milwaukee is known for. Her products are amazing, and I cannot wait to see what comes next! For additional information, you can check her out at her Facebook page, www.Facebook.com/MootsSoap.
